If you’re going to be observant at holding tanks in grocery stores, you can say if the lobster has been there for quite a while. The reason for this is that, their antennae have been eaten down to the base. As much as possible when you are buying lobsters, you want to have assurance that they’re fresh and for that, you should look for those with long antenna.
